Drillco is currently covering a lot of work installing underground power cables between Carrington Street and Moturoa substations.
The work involves trenching and installing ducts in the road reserve, generally within the sealed carriageway. There will be some disruption to traffic flow, parking and access to properties during the excavation, installation of the ducts and reinstatement of the road corridor.
Drillco will undertake traffic management and liaise with affected residents and businesses a week ahead of the work starting.
These works will be processing in your area for 2 weeks. We apolgise for any inconvenience this project may cause.
